- All products within the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail standard post
- Estimated delivery times are 3 – 5 days with in the UK, however we are unable to guarantee a date of delivery.
- Should you wish to place an urgent order please contact the Studio and we will do our best to help with your request
- For delivery time estimates outside the UK please also contact the Studio
- You delivery charge will be calculated during the check out process, these costs include postage and packing and we aim to keep them as low as possible
- Event tickets purchased from the shop will usually be in the form of an e-ticket, please see individual product listings for details
Returns
- Products purchased from Bompas & Parr Studio Ltd. are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Should this be the case please contact the Studio to arrange an exchange
- Event tickets are non-refundable, if you are no longer able to use a ticket you have purchased please pass it on for someone else to enjoy
